This resource provides information and guidance on how to support mothers with making an informed infant-feeding decision. Some topics include how to have a mother-centred conversation, ways to reduce infant feeding risks, and topics mothers need to know about infant feeding. The resource addresses how to support mothers who had planned to breastfeed, then request formula (with two different outcomes), mothers who have to give formula supplementation for medical reasons, and mothers who decide to formula feed exclusively. Four videos are part of this toolkit and correspond to these scenarios. The videos may be found here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwBiJtBqfGI&list=PLuXeYGn_UTUmRZ3pxnqdcdXzDYdpxi1oK
